To help us all stay safe, we require all guests to following rules :
Stay within your household/bubble. No more than 6 people per group.
Hand sanitizer stations throughout the playgym must be used when entering and exiting.
Please wait for table service in our cafe, and do not place orders at the counter.
Keep at least metre apart from others outside of your bubble at al times.
Ensure children understand and are using our one way system and hand sanitising stations when entering and exiting the play equipment.
Hand washing is more effective than using hand sanitiser, so ensure you and your children are using our bathroom facilities appropriately and washing your hands for at least 30 seconds.
Do not attend Playtopia if you or a member of your household is experiencing any of the following: a high temperature or fever, a new, continuous cough and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Contact a member of staff if this affects your booking.

All staff have been trained to Government Standard Covid19 Guidelines and Hand Hygiene techniques.
Carefully scheduled play sessions allow us to close 3x throughout each day to conduct thorough disinfecting and cleaning of all equipment and facilities.
Our Antiviral
Our new one-way system for play equipment makes social distancing that bit easier. You can still play as much as you like - just follow the directions for where to explore.
Advance booking via our website prevents queuing on entrance and allows us to keep our numbers within safe parameters.
Table service in our cafe means no queuing at the counter and increase social distancing measures.
Reducing our operating capacity by 60% helps make social distancing easier for everyone.
Removal of any play equipment that cannot be sterilised to an acceptable standard, eg soft toys, ball pools, means children are safe to explore.
